When will you hear back on the abstracts?
Expect to hear back by mid-April.
How many abstracts have been submitted?
Approximately 450
How can the benefit of free tickets that are part of the sponsor package be utilized?
The registration portal is expected to go live in April/May. Once it is available, you will be asked to submit the names of the 2 attendees. We will then generate unique coupon codes for each individual and provide detailed instructions on how to use them to cover the cost of their conference attendance ticket.
What are the costs of tickets individually?
Individual costs range from $650 early bird to $850 late registrants. For students it is $550-750. Please refer to the following link for more details https://ggaaconference.org/registration-information/
Are sponsors expected to bring their own banners?
The cost of printing banners is not included in the sponsorship package, so you would need to provide your own. Alternatively, we can facilitate printing through our selected providers at an additional cost.
Who is managing the booths and what is included
General layout of the floor will be set up, but sponsors will need to arrange their exhibition spaces the night before the conference starts.
Are you able to share a list of ILRI's pre qualified supplier for banners?
This is available on request.
Are LED Screens part of the packages or are they a separate cost?
These are a separate cost. You will need to provide us with the size of the screen you would like and then we will provide you with the costing options.
